Bryan Isackson
Bryan Isackson is a seasoned veteran of the custom hospitality furniture business with over 40 years of experience in the industry. Born and raised in a family that owned and operated a successful hospitality furniture business, Bryan has been immersed in the world of furniture design and manufacturing from a young age. Throughout his career, Bryan has honed his skills in sales and customer relationships, developing a deep understanding of what it takes to create furniture solutions that meet the unique needs and requirements of his clients. He has worked with a wide range of clients in the hospitality industry, from boutique hotels to large-scale resorts, and has earned a reputation for his exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality. Bryan founded Evan Ross & Co, a custom hospitality furniture business that specializes in creating bespoke furniture solutions for hotels, restaurants, and other hospitality spaces. Drawing on his decades of experience and expertise, Bryan and his team work closely with their clients to develop furniture solutions that are both beautiful and functional, tailored to their specific needs and aesthetic preferences. At Evan Ross & Co, Bryan is committed to providing his clients with exceptional service and unparalleled craftsmanship, using only the highest-quality materials in the industry. He leads his team with a focus on achieving projects within budget and on time, making him an asset in the industry. When he's not working, Bryan enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, fishing and exploring new design ideas and trends.
Sandra Febres
Sandra Febres was born and raised in Peru and studied architecture before moving to the United States to pursue a degree in interior design. After completing her education, she gained experience working with large furniture retailers, custom millworks, and kitchen and bath cabinetry before transitioning into the hospitality furniture industry. Sandra's introduction to the hospitality furniture industry came when she met Bryan at the family business of custom hospitality furniture. She started working as a project manager and gained valuable experience working alongside the Director of Operations, learning all that goes into completing successful projects. Her exceptional project management skills and commitment to the company earned her the position of Vice President of Project Management. With over seven years of experience in project management, Sandra has a deep understanding of project management processes and the ability to work closely with clients and vendors to deliver successful projects that exceed her clients' expectations. She understands that clear communication is key to achieving a successful outcome and recognizes the importance of team dynamics, motivating and guiding team members to achieve their goals. As a partner of Evan Ross & Co and SVP of Operations, Sandra's experience as a project manager and team leader will be invaluable in leading departments and teams. Her focus on communication, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget will be instrumental in delivering successful projects. Outside of work, Sandra enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and friends, and spoiling her 7-year-old chihuahua mix.
Rosa Mendoza (Rose) - Project Estimator
Rosa Mendoza Schaeffer is from Lima, Peru, where she resides and has been a licensed and registered architect since 2015. Her career spans diverse experiences in construction supervision, finishes, and collaboration with prominent architects and companies. For the past seven years, Rosa has been working independently with a renowned Peruvian architect, honing her skills in constructing single-family homes, remodeling bathrooms and kitchens, renovating commercial spaces, and overseeing construction supervision and finishes. She strongly believes that successful project delivery hinges on teamwork, adherence to schedules, and maintaining clear communication with clients to meet their needs and expectations alongside contractors. A year ago, Rosa joined Evan Ross & Co. as a Project Estimator. She finds immense satisfaction in seeing a project evolve from a paper concept to a completed reality, reflecting all the envisioned details. In her leisure time, Rosa enjoys discovering new places, watching movies, and spending quality time with her beloved 11-year-old dog, Sasha.
Queena Lee - Project Manager
Queena Lee earned her Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2010. After graduation, she embarked on a dynamic career as a designer with an interior design firm specializing in hospitality and later expanded her expertise by working with an architectural firm. In 2012, Queena's passion for design and project management led her to a role as a project manager for a custom hospitality furniture company. Her career includes working alongside Bryan Isackson and Sandra Febres for several years. Fluent in Mandarin, Queena brings a unique cultural perspective to her work. She joined our team in January 2024 and has been a valuable asset ever since. Married and residing in Morocco, Queena enjoys the vibrant local culture with her family, including her young child. Queena's diverse experiences and multilingual skills make her an integral part of our team, contributing to the seamless execution of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.
